Question: I ordered the email delivery option but haven’t received it, where is my email certificate?

Answer: We send an automated email to you when your certificate is generated by our staff. The email, (sent from completions@247TexasDriverSafety.com) has a link to the actual certificate.  The actual certificate is password protected with your drivers license number.  In some cases these emails do end up in the junk or spam folder so be sure to check thereIf you get your certificate via email, you will NOT receive an additional copy in the mail (USPS).  The emailed certificate is an official document.


Question: What is a student affidavit?

Answer: If your identification cannot be successfully verified by our registration process, you will need to submit a notarized affidavit for us in order to satisfy the State of Texas requirement for ID validation. The affidavit needs to be received by our office before a driving safety course certificate of completion can be issued. You may print out a blank affidavit by clicking here. Many students find notary and fax services at their local bank or online.


Question: How do I pay for the course?

Answer: We accept the following forms of payment:

    • Pay online using major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard & American Express.
    • Pay online using debit cards that have a Visa or Mastercard logo on them.
