Question: I can’t see the videos. Can you help?

Answer: You must have an Adobe Flash player installed to view the course videos and animations.

  • Most computers are already equipped with this software.

  • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled

These are the only requirements. Since our course in 100% online, we maintain all the course materials on our webSite. That includes the progress and status of your test. That allows you to logon to any computer that is connected to the Internet to take your course.

Third party security software often modifies your browser settings, including security, cookies and javascript permissions. If you are experiencing any problems using our webSite and do not wish to change your browser settings, we recommend temporarily using or installing a different Internet browser to complete our course.


Question: What is a student affidavit?

Answer: If your identification cannot be successfully verified by our registration process, you will need to submit a notarized affidavit for us in order to satisfy the State of Texas requirement for ID validation. The affidavit needs to be received by our office before a driving safety course certificate of completion can be issued. You may print out a blank affidavit by clicking here. Many students find notary and fax services at their local bank

Answer: We accept the following forms of payment:
